Guest Reviews
Great location for getting to the train to the airport the next day.
The hotel room was gorgeous. It was a stones throw from paddington station which was incredibly handy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but as I was travelling alone I didn't mind too much! Good families and friendly staff.
The staff was genuinely attentive and very friendly, and the coffee was great
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was only one block from paddington station. It was so easy to take the Heathrow express from the airport to the hotel. The street was lined with a variety of restaurants.
Great location, especially if arriving by train into Paddington. This little hotel is a nice change from the chain brands. It's got a quirky vibe to the decor, it's own little cafe downstairs....with great coffee. The staff were all lovely and the room was spotless. A stand out breakfast, with superb quality ingredients.....and the homemade baked beans were amazing.....compliments to the chef!
Location, breakfast, staff, the finishes were beautiful, big window.
Everything.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. We were a bit worried due to some reviews saying the rooms were very small, but we stayed there for 6 nights and found the space to be just right (Medium room). The bathroom was also good enough, with good showers and enough space in our opinion. There is an elevator to take you to floors. It is small, but fits two people and suitcases. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. DO travel alone, with your partner or with someone you know really well. There are only queen beds. The breakfast (the coffee!!) were also excellent.
Very stylish, great location.
Very convenient location to train station and hyde park.
The property is very cool, stylish and no-fuss. It is tastefully done. The staff were helpful. It also located a few minutes walk from Paddington station which makes it very convenient.
Perfect stop over before getting train at Paddington Station
Clean, friendly and helpful staff
Excellent location, right next to Paddington, making further travel to Heathrow Airport super convenient. Room featured a very comfy bed and great shower facilities. Staff were polite and welcoming.
The room was ready for me hours before I had meant to check in. I had assumed I would only be allowed to drop my cases, then come back later for my room (as had been the situation before, with quite a snippy member of staff). This time after 24 hours with no sleep and a redeye flight, I was able to get a hot shower and a quick nap in my room at 12pm.
