Wonderful place all around. Super friendly staff, comfortable, great location and simple but abundant breakfast. Great coffee also. Excellent value place. I will return with pleasure.
The heating was not on during cold weather
Great location, Hampstead is a very nice neighborhood to explore and enjoy the village atmosphere and strolls and views from Hampstead Heath. Fast and easy commute to downtown London. Nice simple breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Rooms are not large, but highly recommended!
Excellent location with all the convenience of Hampstead.Tube Station, shops restaurants etc The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable I am looking forward to another stay.
Everything was really clean and cozy. The area was amazing, silent and calm. I had a medical problem and the personal from the hotel helped me incredibly well. The breakfast was delicious too! Thank you :)
The building was full of character and the room was very quiet.
Staff, location
Cleanliness
Breakfast was continental style. Choice was limited, but food was fresh and tasty.
The owner was amazing, good for a chat/help or a laugh. Rooms are small but very cozy/clean...beds and pillows were amazing after a long day of site seeing. Close to underground/bus lines. Hampstead is a wonderful location to stay. 100% would recommend and will be returning for all my holidays in London.
Lovely family owned Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very kind and approachable. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was great close to the underground and in a quiet, peaceful part of London. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Old quaint place
Location of the hotel is fabulous - just in the heart of Hampstead. It is a short distance to London Tube station (Northern Line) which takes you to the heart of London in under 20 minutes. The hotel is OK for a short stay. The breakfast is also very nice.
Nice and beautiful area, very pleasant. There’s a supermarket, metro, and cafés nearby. The staff were polite and helped me carry my suitcase. For breakfast, there were eggs, cheese, ham, a freshly baked croissant, and yogurt. I really liked the dining room — it has a vintage style, with beautiful paper tablecloths on the tables, and classical music playing. The room was clean upon check-in.
Had wonderfull time while staying La Gaffe. Everything worked well.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We were staying with a friend, and the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with everything we needed to start the day. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it ♥
The owner greeted us at this family run B&B and was so kind to let us check in a little early. The B&B was in a brilliant location, lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes on the doorstep, Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful with recommendations, they kept our bags while we took a walk to Hamstead Heath after we checked out, and we feel it was good value for money in London.
Locely location. Nice breakfast. Welcoming staff
Convenient position, just on the Northern Line of the tube. Great breakfast, amazing tea. The owners are the most amicable.
