Everything, it was so good. Micheal made us very welcome and could not do enough for us.
Clean, well situated
Quiet area but close to tramline. Beautiful property with large rooms, well presented and clean. Coffee machine in room and in the residents lounge.
Excellent location. Welcoming & extremely accommodating host. Offered a hot drink & biscuits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. A clean & cosy B&B. Nothing was to much trouble for Michael.
Very welcoming. Excellent facilities. One of the best hotels in Blackpool. Great host
Spotless
Everything! Michael is an amazing exceptional host in every way!!. The whole place exceeded our expectations in every way.
The welcome we received from Michael from the minute we walked through the door was outstanding, from the cup of tea/coffee & biscuits, the welcome video was very informative and he carried all our bags up to our room.
Michael was outstanding and couldn't do enough to make the stay any better. Every possible convenience in the room. Very clean and maintained to a high standard.
Situated in a great spot on a quieter road but close to tram/bus stop for easy access to town/attractions. Rooms were beautiful, clean & comfortable & had everything needed for stay. Michael was a great host. Breakfast - there was a great choice & it was delicious.
Very happy with everything regarding the Pembroke. Michael was an excellent host. Room was spacious and absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice and quality was brilliant. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Fantastic, peaceful, and comfortable stay at The Pembroke. Michael was a wonderful host who truly made us feel welcome and at home. We’ll 100% recommend and would defintely come back again.
Michael was a lovely host very helpful his establishment is spotlessly clean and a great breakfast
Quiet part of Blackpool good location nice breakfast good choice , great room , great host , great stay .
A fantastic B&B, the host Michael has upgraded the property to the highest quality standard. Attention to detail is spot on. Our room was great, the mattress is extremely comfortable and the large settee is perfect for relaxing. Having an Alexa in the room is a top feature for listening to the radio. The toiletries are first rate and complement the high class feel. Enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit and coffee, eggs perfectly cooked. The highlight of our stay at Pembroke was use of Michael’s sauna room, a lovely facility and a great way to start the day. Will definitely return to the Pembroke when visiting the area again.
Outstanding bed and breakfast. Room was absolutely incredible. Very nice decor and comfortable. It truly is 5 star quality. Michael the owner was simply the best. The perfect host. Polite and professional always. Cannot wait to go back again.
We felt the attention to detail from the moment we made the booking. From enquiry messages to determine if we had any special requirements, sat nav details along with aerial view of property and how to access the car park. Faultless. Then we arrived, Michael was very welcoming in person - we felt like we were visiting a friend. The b&b certainly deserves its 5☆, in our opinion a definite 10/10. Added bonus, we both had the best nights sleep in ages. First visit - and definitely not our last.
Michael the host was brilliant and could not do enough for us. The accommodation was 5 star and we would not hesitate to recommend Pembroke to everyone.
