Rooms were well appointed and very clean. Stylish and as being as it was over the Christmas was delicately decorated. All information was given before our stay and everything you needed to know was in a f8le in your room

George 10.0

Really modern, quality fixtures, nice touch of milk and bottles of water, lots of extra teabags/coffee.

Joanne 10.0

The room was very clean, neat & pleasant. Everything necessary & supportive little thoughtful extras, too. A file with recommendations, full protocols & contact numbers from everything from emergency numbers to takeaways provided. Good prices, not too far from Whitby centre to walk, but quiet enough to relax. Sea view from window made a pleasant morning view. Large bathroom with the usual necessary items. Lovely gesture of products for personal use. Parking permits provided.

The property was lovely clean and comfortable. There is ample storage and close walk to the cliff top

George 10.0

Clean, warm and inviting. Plenty of homely charm, could honestly be staying at a relatives place.

Lynn 10.0

Perfect location, immaculate, would definitely recommend and stay again thanks

Amy 10.0

Great location, 15 min walk along sea front into town. Room was big and comfortable, everything was clean and homely. We paid about £10 extra I think for a sea view room - we had a little balcony which I enjoyed a cuppa on each morning, even if it was freezing outside! Hosts were good - didn’t see them as it’s more of a “self-service” type accommodation, but they were super via text and sorted an extra parking pass for us no problem.

Andrew 10.0

Room was very clean and tidy, and well equipped. Ours was a very late booking as we were let down by another accommodation provider and had to find something quickly. However, they handled our booking very well and we were glad to find such lovely accommodation.

Robert 10.0

It was an elegant suite that was extraordinary clean. The small sea view was the icing on the cake! The location was great for walking to the sea or shops.

Julie 9.0

The ground floor room we had was excellent , it had everythjng we needed plus more. Still water bottles and milk in the fridge was a nice touch . The communication with the owner and information was excellent ( all my text) . The system for keys on entry and parking permit were easy .

One of the best places we have stayed. Emma and Dave very responsive and helpful. Stayed here before and will definitely be back.

Carol-ann 9.0

Location was ok about 10 minute walk to the harbour, bars and so on. Room was spotless very cosy and really liked the personal touches such as milk and water in the mini fridge. Also found the information booklet good with all information needed about our stay and the recommendations for food drinks where to visit etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Alessandro 9.0

Possibly the one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Nice view from the room and the location was simply perfect - not straight up in the center but super close to the beach and to anything in Whitby.

Bramwell 10.0

Great location, was a 16 minute walk into the town centre (taxi's are available) The room was immaculate, could not complain - Milk and bottled water provided in the fridge was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The instructions to access the room were clear and easy to follow.

Evan 10.0

it was a quiet place and everyone was respectful. cleanliness is faultless. although breakfast isn't provided we did have the facilities to store our own should we have wanted to have it in the room which we didn't.

Carl 10.0

This a beautiful place to stay ...didn't meet the hosts but we knew how to contact them if needed

Natalie 8.0

Room only. Many places close by to eat

Karan 9.0

Close to the beach Parking available Good sized bed for two night time turners Good sized bathroom, nice shower. Clean Plenty of space for coats, walking shoes.

Samantha 10.0

Everything we could have needed in a nicely presented, clean and spacious room. We didn't actually meet the owners, but didn't need to. Good communication beforehand and we knew how to get in touch with them if we needed to. WiFi was good and the mini fridge with real milk inside was a great touch. Location was just a ten minute walk from the centre and within a minute or two you had great views of the sea and cliffs. No breakfast option, but loads of good options in the centre at affordable prices.
