Amazing Guest House ! The Stuff was really lovely and kind, and willing to hep us in what we needed. The location was amazing and also the streets were quite. We stayed there for two nights and the beds were really comfy and the room was warm all day (visited late November). Also the price was so fair. 10/10 will visit again if I ever find my way to Inverness again !!

Welcoming, Clean, slept like a log.

Jennifer 8.0

Always liked this place as I work at Eden court round the corner. However the neighbouring room left their fan in bathroom on until 3 am and that ruined one night. The other nights were perfect.

David 10.0

This is a cozy little bed and breakfast like set up. The whole staff was better people than I am. They calmed me down when I came in late and helped me relax while I was there they always had great suggestions for easy and entertainment. And if you looking for a special item you forgot they can point you to a place where you can get it quickly and most times at a value price. Love this place when we come to Inverness again I will definitely stay here

Room was quite clean and all the facilities were working. Wayne manned the reception when I arrived, allowed me to check in before noon as the room was ready. He also gave me some info about the places around the area, much appreciated.

Angelo 9.0

The location is very good. It's on the other side of the River Ness to the town centre but very easy and quick to get there. Second time staying in Ardross-Glencairn. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
