The staff were really helpful, I wanted to change rooms since the room with 9 bunk beds was a bit cramped and they sorted me out in an instant. The private room was nice as well. The location was superb.

I have been staying at this place for years now, whenever I’m in London I usually go for this one. Firstly, location, it’s so close and walkable to everything and the subway station is literally 3 min walk, but you never have to use it anyways. Supermarket and 2 Prets are also 3 min walk. The beds are comfy and the WiFi signal is super good, power sockets near each bed, and you can check in whenever. The only thing is the noise of course, but at the end of the day that’s a hostel and it’s just the matter of luck, I stayed for 3 nights and 2 of them were super quiet and I got decent sleep and the final night was quite noisy with people coming and going and checking in at 2 and then 3 am, switching on the lights and moving luggage it wasn’t possible to sleep until 3 really. But that’s what you get as at the end of the day it’s a hostel.

Very good location (near Russel Square tube with Picadilly line, only 10min walk to British Museum) Comfy beds with lockers underneath, cover, plug and own light. Showers in basement were one of the best showers I used in hostel!! There was also laundry room and quite spacious kitchen/common area.

The staff was soo great, I felt really safe and was treated extremely well. If you like hostels and staying with strangers, then you're going to love it here. I really enjoyed the surroundings as well - you had everything you needed near the hostel and could just walk there. I'd recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the experience!
