I had never stayed in a windmill before and enjoyed the feel of the rooms and the really hot shower too,and the quirky 2p piece rocking chair. Towels were thick and fluffy and huge, also the host allowed me to change dates due to unforseen fire which delayed my trip for a few days, cant comment on the views as it was foggy and rainy for the duration. :)

The windmill was a beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about it, the bungalow was gorgeous, very spacious and the beds were so comfy.. the kitchen had everything you needed, down to coffee tea sugar and milk. Cannot wait to stay again! Myself, my husband and 3 children all loved it. Thankyou for a lovely stay x

The windmill was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well decorated. Just a shame we stayed during a storm and due to it being in a windmill the wind sounded so loud! Would go again but not in January!

Location was great, very near to the train station and local amenities. Got upgraded to the cottage, which was very lovely and appreciated. Staff were incredibly helpful - There was an occasion where the WiFi went out, and Nicola came around to fix it straight away. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely loved the Windmill. Everything was tailored to fit an essentially round structure that's stood for hundreds of years. Perfect.

Brilliant value for money. Property messaged before check in time to say our room was ready. Heating was on so it was nice and warm. The bath towels were very good quality. We had two bedrooms and a large living room with a well equipped kitchen.

The quick and easy way to check in. The windmill was spotlessly clean and cozy. We loved the decor and comfort of the place. We stayed in the king studio. It had a big living area with a fully fitted kitchen. It was in the Windmill itself so round in shape which we loved. Lots of lamps and soft furnishings making it so cozy. The heating was great as the weather outside wasn't great so making it even more cozy. The bedroom was upstairs which was massive with a closet/ wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, ensuite bathroom with a great shower. Lovely big wooden bed and beams on the ceiling. Everything is in character of the building which is lovely to see. I could have hibernate here for the winter only real life calls so back to it 😂 I would definitley recommend this little gem and will be back at some point.

The views across Scarborough and to the sea were stunning. It was well equipped, nice and clean and very comfortable. I rarely sleep well when I am away - I did here! It was also lovely and quiet. Easy walking distance into town, some lovely eateries nearby (recommend Gianni’s)
