Guest Reviews
Very convenient. Very pleasant staff. Ideal location to underground.
Breakfast freshly cooked in front of us. Polite staff. location decent.
Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff
Great to have breakfast personally cooked for us. Also a fair choice of yogurt, fresh fruit & cereals.
The location was excellent, It is a short walk from Victoria Station. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Room included fridge and tea and coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was beautifully clean and tidy. The room was a good size and simple and clean.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Since they gave to us a room which was recently painted I could still smell the paint, so they were kind enough to move us in another room. The breakfast was good: there is a chef who cooks eggs, sausages, mushrooms, beans etc. They also had different options for vegetarians and vegan too. One time there wasn't any soya milk left and they immediately went to buy another one. Everybody there was very kind and considerate. There isn't a kettle in the room, but downstairs, in the lounge there's a coffee and tea maker and some biscuits too. The B&B is very close to Victoria station and Buckingham palace (17 minutes walk).
It was close to Victoria station in a quiet area. Coming and going was easy with an entry code for the front door and my room had a separate key. My room had a window that opened onto gardens at the back of the property which I loved. A young man carried my suitcase up to my room for me as there is no lift. I felt welcome.
Breakfast was great. Lots of choices
Great location in a beautiful Georgian lined street. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and other iconic London landmarks... Very welcoming owner and friendly staff. Our twin room was spotless, although not huge was quite adequate for our short 2 night stay. We were able to have access on arrival around 1.30pm. Lovely breakfast room with big windows looking out to a quaint English garden. There was a huge breakfast selection, including cereals, fruits, yogurts, pastries, and full English to order. Close walk from Victoria Coach and train station to get to/from Heathrow airport.. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Highly recommend this great little B&B.
Breakfast was really good. The location was amazing.
Really lovely hotel - the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. This includes the staff managing the front desk and the staff cooking breakfast in the morning. The room was bright, clean and very quiet, and the bathroom had everything you could need for a short stay. The breakfast in the morning was a real surprise. I thought it might only be pastries and cereal, so to get a full English was a real treat. Would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely time. Great hotel in a convenient place. We had a first class, well priced breakfast.
Location was good. Very close to Victoria coach station and not far to Victoria train station, Buckingham Palace,Westminster Abbey. Breakfast was great. Hot breakfast that was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. No problem to drop off bags early.
The breakfast was good. A bit of everything you need to set you up for the day.
Great location, comfortable room and great breakfast!
