The staff were incredibly helpful, it was my daughters birthday and I asked them to put decorations up before we checked in and they did! (I provided the decorations) The housekeeping lady that put them up was wonderful even checking in the morning that we were happy with it, she was wonderful! Also it was an exceptional night's sleep, bed was clean and comfortable, the size of the room did not matter was stunning.

Great wee place to stay for my Mum, sister and I on a girls trip to London. Gentleman at check in was really nice, and we were able to get early check in (for an extra cost) which was much appreciated. The room is very small but beds were comfy and room was clean. The lobby of the building is beautiful. Location AMAZING as not far from the park and you have Bayswater and Queensway tube stations nearby, which was ideal for us. Nice wee places for coffee nearby too, as well as a Sainsbury's and wee Tescos. Free WiFi a bonus, and having the kitchen was so handy for late night munching and having a bit of breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day! We would most definitely stay again. We were a little worried as they didn't send updated photos of the room when requested (I needed to make sure there would be room for my Mum to get around, as she has a mobility issue), but was so pleased to see that the room we got was modern and clean.
