Perfect location for the o2. Amazing to have a safe well lit walk. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious.

As the Inn is small, it makes it feel cosy, friendly and the staff take the time to acknowledge you. I have used the Inn in the past, and have booked another stay in the new year. The rooms are just the right size for short stays, with all the home comforts you may need.

Fabulous stay at The Pilot Inn - have stayed before which was great but this time we had a better room and everything was lovely. Breakfast was great - freshly cooked and using well sourced products. No qualms in recommending this place Thank you Pilot Inn !!

From the moment we got there the staff were fantastic. Our room was so lovely and the bed gave us the best nights sleep for ages. We ate dinner and breakfast here and again the staff were fabulous. The food was excellent. We were a short stroll from the O2 arena which was the reason for put stay but we would come back & stay here whatever the London visit occasion is. It was a gem.

Location was great, just a short walk from the O2 arena. The hotel was easy to find, just a short journey off the M25. The food was really good and the staff very professional.

The property was clean well situated for my visit to the O2, being only 10 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable and although the property is also a bar it was surprisingly quiet.

Great location for a concert at the O2 Arena, really nice room with nice touches like bottles of water, biscuits etc. Nicely decorated and furnished to a high standard. Nice to include breakfast in the price, so many are either charging extra or not offering breakfast in the price.
