Staff and rooms were lovely! Very modern, great bed and bathroom. Great location for accessing lots of London, and the immediate area has many great restaurants and bars. Also very close to some key train stations that are easily walkable.

We loved the décor - high-end and fun in all areas, with neon lights and dark colours with bright artwork, not white and clinical like a lot of other high-end hotels. We loved the pool and spa facilities - the pool was a great size to be able to excersise and not be crowded by others. The room was fantastic - plenty of room, storage, space in the fridge for our own drinks, Nespresso machine and plenty of sideboard for making drinks. A big desk and huge TV cabinet with lots of storage to put your things away and tidy. A great bathroom with space around the sink and a shower cubicle big enough for 2 with monsoon showerhead and a hand-held. Very easy to get a comfortable temperature. Huge super-king bed with soft linen. Huge windows with voiles and blackout curtains that are easy to pull. The buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The most perfect things - they gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco each while waiting to check-in, they had made note of my birthday on the booking and gave me a little paper bag of sweets at the desk for a birthday treat, upgraded our room for free and when we entered the room there where gold balloons on the bed, good music playing on the TV, 2 delicious cupcakes in lovely boxes waiting on the desk, a beautiful message written on the mirror saying happy birthday - personalised with my name and even a birthday card written to me from the hotel!!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE COMING BACK! <3

The staff were very friendly, allowed me to check out an hour later at no extra cost. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and tidy. Room was cosy with a good TV.
