The location was super convenient!! I asked for a room with balcony upon reservation and we got it. The problem was that every 20 minutes there was a terrible noise but when we informed about it next morning the receptionist gave us an other room (without balcony but it was so much bigger) ! Very clean rooms also! If I visit again London I will choose it again !!

Me, my 74 y.o. mother, and my 10 y.o son have stayed there for 4 nights in one of the apartments. It was situated 40 metres outside the hotel. - The hotel has a nice looking lobby, and the staff is very nice and helpful; - The location is quite near to Lancaster gate subway station (central line) and Paddington station (circular subway line, trains), which provide very easy acces to Soho and China Town (you can be there in around 15 minutes from the hotel), Westminister, The London Tower, Notting Hill gate (Portobello road market, Holland Parc), and Heathrow airport. The entry of beautiful Hyde parc is about 1 minute walking from the Hotel. There are also handy bus lines near there; - There are some good pubs around the corner of the hotel, and shopping streets within 10 minutes walking; - The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and showers. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped, including a stove, oven, nespresso, watercooker, laundromat and dishwasher. Laundromat and dishwasher tablet were complementary. The matrasses were somewhat hard, but I like that. There was a tv in the spacious living room and in the master bedroom.

Bed and bathroom were good very odd room on the top floor the roof is too low so you lose a lot of space. Breakfast was nice.

Very good value. Great location. The breakfast was very good. Our room was large & comfortable- although the shower stall was exceptionally small. Our room & hotel lobby were clean.

The hotel’s location was brilliant, and the apartment room/s large, comfortable, and beautifully spacious — a perfect base for exploring London. Absolute bonus having a washing machine and mini dishwasher!

Breakfast was very nice . Little congested at the weekend .. staff were very polite and courteous… you could relax over breakfast and did not put any pressure to vacate tables .
