S 8.0

It's my second time staying at this hotel and I appreciated the same things as last time - mainly: - The location. Earl's Court is great to connect to various areas of London, and this hotel is very close to the underground, a M&S, some cafes, and lots of places for lunch and dinner. - The staff is really very friendly and welcoming - Lots of plugs in the room, working heating, VERY comfy bed and pillows, amenities in the bathroom, nice hot water and pressure in the shower - The room looked nice! Even if I stayed in the small room, it was still more hospitable than other rooms at similar hotels in the area I would definitely recommend this hotel, overall.

Everything was great, except room size.

Excellent location and so easy to get from the Albert Hall in the evening. Hotel on a street on a safe feeling street and 24 hour reception added to the sense of security. Staff were excellent always available for any enquiries. Bathroom and room very clean.

The staff was at the reception/check-in and the restaurant were very nice, hard working, kind people except one person who was subsequently removed from service. I thank them kindly.
