The location is a perfect and central base from which we could easily explore the city in all directions. We also loved the honor bar library where we had a late nitecap and conversation with friends since all the bars and restaurants in the area had closed. It allowed us to invite our friends over as if it were our own home.

Everything. Location is a given, minutes from Oxford street and WestEnd. Everything else on it is very professional. Beautiful, vibrant yet cosy interior. Since the minute you step in the hotel, all staff members are attentive, helpful and welcoming. Special shout out to the housekeeping team, rooms, lobby, library, gym etc. are spotless at all times. The restaurant serves delicious British cuisine from fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This Hotel is an unexpected gem. Its Location is incredibly fantastic: All Staff has a special and genuine way to deal with the guests with a sensitive attention to our needs. My room was well decorated with an original touch of design and refresh class. Great vibes all around and last but not least a delicious and various breakfast.
