This is a really nice B&B in a town where accomodation can be very hit or miss. The location, near Vauxhall station, is a great base to explore London. Kanley and David are terrific hosts, who make everyone feel welcome, and their staff are very attentive and accomodating. Their rooms are invariably clean and comfortable, breakfasts are top notch. I would definitely stay here again!

Nicely appointed. We had fresh roses in our room to greet us The fresh breakfast was expertly prepared by the owner. And there was plenty to eat! One morning we had to depart early, so they accommodated us and prepared breakfast earlier than normal. Thanks for that!! Our hosts were available at night to help us with transportation and directions Being a four minute walk to the Vauxhall station was a plus We were able to walk the trail to see Big Ben and Parliament as well as central London In all, 69 was a good choice for us

This B&B is a little gem! The location is convenient, close to public transportation and to plenty of shops and a food market. The hosts were very attentive and communicated very well from booking to check in. Breakfast was definitely a highlight - not only was it excellent (both in terms of taste and portions) but it was also a great way to meet other guests, and led to entertaining morning conversations. Special shoutout to Nikolai (sorry, not sure about the spelling) who was just starting while we were there and who was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again!

I love the hosts. They have special attention to the needs of the guests and were always helpful. It is in a great location near a lot of restaurants that are open late and near bus and subway stations.

Ideal location for transport links. Great hosts. Having a refrigerator in the room a big bonus. Breakfast good and plenty of it. Communal nature of breakfast means you meet interesting people from all over the World.

My stay was in House #8 of the two separate Victorian houses that make up this lodging. Breakfasts were great fun as guests from many countries gathered around a single table and talked about their experiences. Property hosts Kanley (also chief chef) and husband David were always available to answer questions and to immediately "sort" any issues that arose. Each day was made special by House #8 Maître-D Bob, who oversaw breakfast service and interacted with guests with cheery greetings and delightful conversation. Hennin kept the rooms clean each day, finishing by spreading a lovely floral. Overall, guests were treated as if they were part of an extended family.
