Great location close to Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations. Short walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London plus City. Handy for Brick Lane and Jack The Ripper tours! Modern, good soundproofing, quiet aircon, nice rooftop bar and snacks. Very helpful staff provided complimentary flowers chocolates and drinks for our joint birthday making it a special stay. Coffee machine !!!!

Location worked for our family, already familiar & comfortable in London. Easy Tube from Kings Cross. We stayed to experience the surrounding markets, not central London. Once inside, clean and friendly staff with a nice view from the rooftop bar. Room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light. Breakfast was great, providing many fresh buffet options.

We stayed two nights at Hyatt, we had a lovely stay! The room is quiet and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable. There is a metro station within less than 10 minutes walk, restaurants and a Tesco Express. The hotel has a really nice rooftop bar. The breakfast is good.

The place is so clean and lovely, really nice and competent staff. I loved it how good the noise cancellation was in the rooms as you couldnt hear a thing happening on the busy street outside including some insane fireworks blowing off on the street across. In fact I stayed there on Diwali night to run away from fireworks. My dog suffers massive anxiety triggered by the noise so the place was a perfect refuge from the insanity outside. We even got a dog bowl and a lil dog bed which he loved. One happy dog and one happy owner. I loved an nice modern bathroom with good shower and giant towel. Additionally excellent location 2 mins walk from Aldgate tube station so also perfectly convinient to het to work. I couldnt ask for more!

Honestly everything was excellent. Anna was really helpful when I wanted to initially book the room. Miz was very professional and helpful while we checked in and Nayara was very friendly and helpful too. Overall staff were lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had good stay. Location is really convenient as it’s close to the station. Rooftop was a vibe too. We enjoyed the drinks. I’ll definitely stay when I go back to London again.
