I only stayed here for one night with my small dog. We got upgraded which was lovely. Location is great. Nice to have the faciities that comes with a small kitchen. Bed was comfortabe. It was a bit noisy during the night. Other guests coming and going woke me a couple of times.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay At the Citadines, South Kensington Hotel as they had a maintenance problem the night before. However, a Senior member of Staff rang on the morning we were going there and told us that we would have to go to one of their sister hotels. It was further away from where we had to be on that evening as we were going to walk there, and the hotel had already offered to pay our taxi to and from the venue at no cost to us. The hotel we were transferred to, Stamford Bridge London, was a nice hotel with excellent helpful staff. We had a walk the next morning along the Embankment which was lovely.
