Guest Reviews
The staff, the hotel and every amenity—amazing!
Wonderful ambience very classy and immaculate From a warm welcome to the professional and kind staff we wanted for nothing Lots of lovely little touches throughout our visit Beautiful bedroom top quality bedding and bathroom
Very intimate spaces and comfortable to be there.
Always fabulous Staff 11/10 Very small and personal service
Great location, staff, breakfast and lounge servings.
Staff were friendly, professional and so attentive. The hotel has a fantastic location and is beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of options and delicious! I cannot fault the staff or the hotel, all excellent and the additional touches; welcome glass of champagne and the pantry in the lounge were a wonderful addition.
Service was exceptional. I arrived early and the staff pulled out all the stops to get my room ready early. Bedroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I lived the plunder the pantry concept and used this each night. Lovely personal turn down service. There’s good reason this hotel receives such good reviews. Every member of staff went above and beyond. I hope to be back soon. Just 5 minutes walk from Victoria station and the walk in past Buckingham palace to Westminster is stunning and takes only about 15 minutes.
The hotel was beautiful. The staff were excellent.
We didn't include breakfast. Staff is excellent. They were very attentive and professional. Champagne arrival glass.
So I am writing this review with the hope that not everyone goes! But now seriously amazing amazing, from beginning to end everything was great. The staff are at another level I think this hotel wrote the book on „attention to detail” keep it up. And keep as space for me ! :))
lovely room, great location with green park and Victoria close by, didn't have breakfast as had to get moving early
Everything
The service was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We particularly loved the dining/lounge area, which was beautiful. We loved the central location to all of the important sights.
This was truly an amazing hotel. The staffs attention to detail and the little extras made you feel completely at home. Will definitely make this my home whenever we are in London.
It was a stunningly laid out and beautifully decorated. An oasis of peace and tranquility .
We love staying here. This was our second visit. We also just stayed at 100 Princess Street in Edinburgh. We prefer a small luxury boutique property. We mostly enjoy the service that is given. The staff is wonderful. Jessica, Saif, and I can’t remember the managers name but believe it started with a J? Then also the sweet girl that works at the entry desk. And then of course the doorman and others whom I don’t know the names of.
We were treated by staff as special guests the moment we arrived . Excellent location across the road from Buckingham Palace . Decor beautiful and traditional. Loved the Butlers pantry for a fill in snack . Couldn’t ask for better. Bathroom immaculate
The staff are exquisitely trained to cater to a guest’s every delight and the personal service is absolute perfection . Everyone who works at the hotel genuinely cares about the comfort and happiness of their guests . The amenities are simply fabulous !
Best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond!
The hotel was extremely nice, and the staff exceptional. Any issue I brought up to one staff member was quickly known by all staff members, including on the next shift. Follow through on every issue and request.
