Mary 8.0

Great location, 5 or so minute walk from Paddington Station. Staff were welcoming, cooked breakfast available each day, plenty of tea and coffee in the room each day.. Room was a good size for the two of us. No lift, you'll need to carry luggage up the stairs, we were on level 2 so wasn't too bad and very normal for London accomm. Really nice stay for the price, would stay again.

Arsalan 8.0

The staff is amazing, they upgraded us to a larger room as I was travelling with an infant and wanted a cot in the room. The location is fantastic and the food is freshly cooked on order.

David 8.0

The location was outstanding. Just a five minute walk from Paddington station and Paddington tube station. We booked to go to Hyde Park for a concert which was also a 5 minute walk. Kevin the manager of the hotel was exceptionally helpful as we needed advice on directions to major London attractions and he was extremely knowledgeable and spot on everytime. Nothing was to much trouble. He also gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Top man. The breakfast was nice with everything there required and we were even offered more when finished.
