- The hotel is very centrally located. Hyde Park and Oxford Street are nearby. There's a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. The nearest metro station, Baker Street, is also a 10-minute walk away. - The room was clean and serviced regularly. The furniture was a bit dated, and the bathroom was very small (not uncommon for London). - The staff were great! I was able to check in a little early, which is a big thank you! I reported that my shower door was broken, and it was repaired immediately! :)

Almost everything you need is in the room. Kitchen with necessary stuff was a good addition. Location is superb. Staff were very nice and helpful at all times. Cleaning staff are excellent in their work as everything clean and available.

We had 2 rooms. Double room on ground floor (was gorg - seemed to be newly furnished - everything looked brand new, clean and lovely! second room was a twin and still good size and clean just slightly more dated. I left my rings in the room and the hotel staff posted them to me in Ireland which I was extremely grateful for.

A great option for a short stay. Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Oxford Street. The room has everything you need, even kitchen stuff. The room is in a semi-basement, but we only came there to sleep. The reception staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.
