Amazing location. Was our 30th wedding anniversary and the hotel couldnt have done any more for us. Room was beautifully laid out for us..soooo romantic. Such a safe area to be in and close to tube stations. Highly recommend

I can’t recommend Apex City enough! My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary (which I mentioned on the booking.com messages). Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us a complimentary upgrade on our room. The hotel had also given us a small array of chocolate treats with a ‘happy anniversary message’ on. The room itself was lovely with a spacious area and comfy beds, and the bathroom was incredible. We had room service breakfast in the morning, which was delivered bang on time and was delicious! When we are next staying up in London we are definitely coming back, even if it costs more than competitors!

Nikki the receptionist was amazing. We got engaged at the hotel and I messaged In advance to get flowers and chocolates. Nikki messaged multiple times and asked for preferences. She wrote us a personal card and even gave us a free drink voucher! The room was amazing and we had a fantastic balcony. She went above and beyond. I can't thank her and the team enough.

The hotel was right beside Tower of London, very easy to find, great hotel for centre of city of London, very clean and staff were very friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again!
