Friendly and great location for the beach. The breakfast was great a simple selection of cereal and toast which is really all you need. The cricket pitch view kept our grandson entertained too. Very quiet hotel and the owner very approachable and helpful especially with parking. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was ideal for me, although the coffee was not good so I just had a pot of tea. The cricket view room although dated was perfect for a visiting Yorkshire cricket supporter.

Host very friendly. Room spacious. Breakfast although cooked not available, was more than adequate for our needs and at £2.50 per person, was very good value for money. Parking was on side of road but was given a permit so was free.
