Clean and spacious. Great location
Clean, well equipped, spacious. Property was simple to access after check in. Well placed for the west of London and the Royal Albert Hall
This apartment is very spacious. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The living room is enormous and very comfortable with two sofas, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine/clothes dryer and dishwasher. I loved the high ceilings…
Location
The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the quilts were good quality ones. The shower was powerful and the complementary toiletries were lovely. The lady on the front desk was friendly with a sense of humour
The staff was exceptional! They were kind, friendly, and promptly attended to all our needs. The location is fantastic, with an easy short walk to the tube and a grocery store that offers delicious soups and freshly made bread.
Expensive but paying for location and quality of room. Was very nice. On the 5th floor with bedroom at the back of the building so it was quiet. All the amenities as advertised. Spacious and very clean. Excellent location next to tube and huge Tescos and great cafe! Nice big comfy bed,

Location, quiet and friendly staff
The apartment was in a great location to access London’s underground, except there was a train strike 😳 also plenty of restaurant and coffee choices close by! The day time reception staff member was outstanding - she went out of her way to assist with transport options and was warm and welcoming in every interaction our group had with her.
The location was perfect for us. We ate at the local pub and bought what we needed in Waitrose. Tube station 2 minutes walk. The apt was clean and exactly what we needed.
Good location.
The location was great , we could walk to a lot of the places we wished to visit.
If you are looking for a well equipped apartment, this is the one. Kitchenware are available, dish washer and large fridge. I stayed during a heatwave in June and the air conditioner worked perfectly well. Very quit apartment, great location close to underground station, grocery shops and a number of excellent restaurants.
Everything met our expectations. All the staff were exceptional and exceeded our expectations by some margin.
The apartment was nice but overpriced. It is very convenient to the tube station and a market. There is food in the area. The maid service was nice. The beds were cheap and hard. The a I r conditioner was fantastic and a relief in the heat wave of summer.
The location of the property
Location was excellent, so close to Gloucester Road station and a Waitrose, lots of good restaurants and sites.
close to metro station, absolutely perfect apartment for family travel, huge living room, really feeling like staying "at home". Ready for self-catering (not that I used that option, though) with all appliances in perfect state. Super clean. Staff very helpful and kind
Great location only a few minutes walk to a Waitrose and Gloucester Rd tube and 10-15 mins walk to Museum of Natural History
