Good general atmosphere. The kitchen made a useful study area and the lounge was comfortable. Nice hot showers and very comfortable bed. Within easy walking distance of Leicester Square and Soho

Definitely the location. It's very close to Tottenham Court Road Station. There are several eating and drinking places nearby. There is ample room in our dormitory. There is a sink in the room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are generally clean. There is a kitchen & dining area in the basement. I did not have breakfast there however.

The staff were incredibly lovely - very polite, very friendly and made sure you knew exactly what you were doing. The place itself was nice, comfortable, and had everything you needed. Great location!

Close to city centre, 10 min walk to Oxford Street and good transport options nearby. The staff were lovely and helpful. The beds were fairly comfortable and there was no excess noise even though it is located in the heart of the city. Everything was really clean.
