Avilla Cave Hotel

This hotel is a gem. I loved it since we stepped in. Its sparkling clean, comfortable and extremely well located. Plus, the host is a super nice person, always willing to help and to advice. We stayed 3 nights and I did not want to leave. The breakfast is fantastic, full of choices, including freshly cooked eggs, yogurt, homemade desserts and everything you can wish for. The view is amazing.

The locations is just nice not to far from centre which helps with the calmness during the night. We have a baby with us. We were allowed to park in front of the hotel so it was a bonus. Host was really helpful with our requests. We felt really welcome especially during breakfast where he introduced us to others. Our room we cleaned even we requested not to. Hidden gem.

Excellent Breakfast with huge variety

Hotel is run by Metin and Moya, super friendly and kind couple. They were really helpful and fabulous hosts. The room was exactly as advertised. We were a family of 4 adults and the room was extremely spacious yet cozy at the same time. Breakfast was lovely too. We also didn't need to pay entry to the sunrise/sunset view, so that was nice. Would love to stay here again if we were ever back in Cappadocia! <3

Great hotel in Goreme. We loved the location, and our cave room. Even with 2 adult children, we felt the space worked fine. Our hosts were awesome, super friendly and helpful with any questions and bookings. Breakfast was also very nice. All in all, we loved our stay at Avilla Cave Hotel

Very kind owner. Balloon was canceled in Goreme for consecutive few days during our stay. He proposed the balloon which are flying in another area. That’s a good option for us because it is difficult to come to Goreme. Finally we can ride balloon safely. Also, he arrange all activities. We are vey satisfied. Very near place to a top of hill and no need to pay entrance fee.

We spent a lot of time searching for a good place to stay in Göreme, and there’s no way we could have found a more perfect one. The property is located up on a hill with an amazing view. It has several terraces where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, and it’s also close to one of the iconic viewpoints to see the balloons. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. They provided us with tour options and advised us on how and when to book the balloon ride. They ended up booking it for us the day before our arrival, and we got the best possible price. We really appreciated their help with this, as we were a bit lost with all the different prices online. We definitely recommend booking your experiences through the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Although it was inside one of the “rock structures,” it still had a window, so we got to experience the cave atmosphere while enjoying natural light and good ventilation. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options to choose from, and everything seemed fresh and homemade. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends visiting Cappadocia. Thank you Metin, and staff members, for all your help!

Loved its location, friendly and helpful staffs. Hospitality from the owner was exceptional. Breakfast was great.

Metin such a gentle, helpful, responsive and friendly host. The room was spotless and offered a fantastic view of the hot air balloons. We truly enjoyed the unlimited access to the Goreme panoramic (sunset viewpoint ) — the sunrise, sunset, and night views were all breathtaking. My husband even managed to fly his drone there, which made it even more special. The Turkish breakfast buffet was awesome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and took several beautiful anniversary photos on their lovely terrace. Hotel truly feels like a fairytale and is perfectly located.

The host was very pleasant and helpful. This was a great plus point! Felt very warm :) He also helped us with booking the hot air balloon and gave us other tips. The location was also super easy for us to visit sunset point and the main area of restaurants and shops! Location is 👍. Also, directly from the hotel, you could see the balloons in the morning. We had the family room, which was quite large and could hold 4 persons.
