This was one of the most special hotels where I have ever been! I loved sleeping in a cave room, which was very special but also comfortable and well equipped. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking: you can see the sunset and Uchisar Castle from there and many hot air balloons! The pool was great: I would recommend staying one extra day in Cappadocia to be able to devote a full day just to relaxation at the hotel's pool (most guests seemed to use the hotel only as a starting point for tours and activities: don't miss out!)

A truly magical stay – they’ve mastered the art of hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent a weekend at this hotel in Cappadocia, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had. The experience was simply amazing! The level of service is on another level — it feels like the staff can read your mind. Every wish is anticipated and fulfilled before you even get the chance to ask. I wanted a short Red Tour around the region, and when I asked about taking a taxi instead, they immediately came up with a perfect solution: they offered to arrange everything for me, all I had to do was tell them where I was, and they’d send the taxi anywhere. I was honestly blown away by how helpful and proactive everyone was. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff are truly exceptional — there’s always someone around to help, and they do it with such genuine warmth and professionalism. I can honestly say they could teach other hotels what true hospitality means. The only small downside is that you can’t really see the hot air balloons directly from the hotel. For those who dream of that iconic morning view, you can go to the nearby Sultan Hotel (same owner) and enjoy the spectacle from there. But if you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax, feel pampered, and be treated like a valued guest in every way, this is the hotel. Highly, highly recommended!

The hotel was in a beautiful spot and just a short walk in the morning to its sister hotel, Sultan Caves, where the sunrise balloons create breathtaking, picture-perfect views that are perfect for social media. Breakfast was wonderful and my wife couldn’t get enough, while the friendly cats around the entrance and throughout the hotel made the atmosphere warm and cozy. I would definitely return for this reason! Our stone-themed room felt grand and like something out of a fairytale with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the hotel even treated us to a complimentary morning tour of the Kings Valley, an unforgettable experience just for guests! I also swam in the pool which was honestly relaxing, the hotel has a lot and is definitely worth the price.

The hotel and the grounds are in a beautiful location, but they are facing away from town, towards Ushisar castle in the distance. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating, by far the best thing about this property. Breakfast was yummy and varied and again the staff was wonderful. Our flight was quite late after check out, and we were able to leave our luggage while we hiked the red valley. When we got back from our hike we were able to use a shower to get cleaned up before leaving for our flight.
