The location was perfect and the breakfast was really good! Typical Turkish breakfast

The reception staff are all accommodating- mohamad, Jihan and Mustafa. The breakfast was good esp rolled borek. Munuver served well and cooked well. It is close to restaurants and some shops. It has a big space and helped us organised trip. The Ballooning top view was great.

This was the best place we stayed throughout our 4 months in Europe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, including contacting our shuttle when it was late. We were even playing cards in the kitchen and the staff very kindly made us Turkish tea. Münevver also made the most amazing breakfast, it was delish! Stunning location, perfect for the hot air balloons.

The concierge staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms. Lovely breakfast spreads prepared by Münnever and staff. Great views from the two levels of rooftop terraces, especially when watching the balloons! Great location, easy walking distance and access to the Main Street area.

The property was in a great location close to great restaurants and activities. The staff was top notch and helped plan airport pick up and all of our activities (including balloon ride, day-long tour, and ATV riding), which made our trip very easy and fun. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a suite that worked great for our family of four. I highly recommend Mosaic Cave Hotel.

Great location and great room size for family travel. The staff were also amazing, super helpful. Due to weather our original planned Goreme hot air balloon trip was cancelled for both dates that we stayed, but thanks to the manager on site, they helped us find an alternative location (at soganli) which turns out to still flying on our 2nd day. This completed one of our bucket list and we are truly grateful!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very nice and Munawwar did a great job with the food, Mohammad was also kind enough to offer us to look after our kids for breakfast while we enjoy the Balloon view from the terrace. We had a great experience at Mosaic and will recommend anyone with a family staying here

I really liked how the staff made everything very easy, they were very accommodating.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the immaculately clean cave rooms to the large ensuite, the location to the incredible spread at breakfast. The staff are so friendly and always at the ready to help out in any way they can. There’s also a roof terrace where you can sip coffee or tea early in the morning and watch the balloons at sunrise.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us fresh eggs. My mother is gluten free and they even went out and bought special food for her to eat during our stay.

They even went out of their way to make breakfast for us on our last day when we had to leave at 6.30am. the staff could not have been more helpful

Great people just a little bit of a weird smell in the room. Everything else was amazing.

This hotel is really a good place to stay. Although it’s not a big hotel but it is tidy and beautiful. We could see hot balloons and sunsets on the rooftop and through our window… The price includes the breakfast, which has eggs, cheese, bread, cake, honey…. And hot tea is always prepared! The staffs here are very friendly and helpful! Everyone cares customer… Especially wanna appreciate the night shift staff Mohammed: we arrived at 1am since the flight delay, he helped us sort everything! Anyway we recommend this cave hotel and hope the staffs all the best!
