Balloon Cave Hotel

It's close proximity to the town, Goreme. We would walk there for dinner and walk back to the hotel. Good service. We were warm despite the extreme cold - temperatures as low as of 2 degrees celsius

The room was perfect - cosy, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very warm and welcoming.

The location is great - only a few minutes walk from the town centre with absolutely every type of restaurant you could wish for. Our room was nice and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was typical Turkish which was not really to our taste but there was plenty of choice so we didn't go hungry. There is a swimming pool which no one seemed to use but that could be due to it being late in the season - the rooftop bar was not open on an evening, again I suspect to it being towards the end of the season. The rooftop does give a great view of the balloons though!

The staff were the best staff I’ve ever encountered in all my time travelling. They were so fast to respond to messages leading up to the stay and they were so attentive during our stay. The location is amazing too, only a quick 4 minute walk into the town centre. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace to watch the balloons from in the morning, on check out day we could see them clearly from our room too.

A fantastic young team at this hotel made our stay even better!!! So nice, friendly, attentive and courteous... we've rarely experienced anything like it!! And it all feels genuine, not forced! Thank you very much, you are absolutely fantastic!!! The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the centre, is very well maintained and clean, and really cosy! The breakfast is very good, fresh and plentiful! Top service and value for money!!

Close to town, with great views of the balloons. Good breakfast and a fair priced mini bar. Staff were great and helpful.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly people. They could not do enough for us and we were always greeted at the door with a warm welcome every time we returned. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The terrace is the perfect place to watch the balloons at sunrise.
