The staff were kind, helpful and very friendly, Especially Metin and Recep, Everything was so well organised. If one day I go to Cappadocia again, will definitely stay there.

We liked the staff and location, which is walkable everywhere. We walked to the open air museum from here. Very helpful and generous people . They offered us an extra day of free breakfast when we visited friends still in hotel. We loved the breakfasts, fresh and home made each day changing. Clean rooms and good beds.

The host was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, and has a great location and facilities. The courtyard was a pretty oaais in a busy town. It was amazing to watch the balloons to literally fly overhead from the comfy rooftop bar. Had a delicious dinner and a few breakfasts from the picturesque dining room overlooking the town.

The facilities were great: beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The staff were kind, helpful and very friendly: Metin and Recep helped us a lot, they were the best part of staying at this hotel. Thank you!

Our stay was unforgettable! Everything was so well organised, from arranging fair transport to surprising us with a beautiful decoration that made it feel extra special. They were incredibly genuine and never pressured us to book through them, yet were always ready to help with anything we needed. I even left my AirPods behind in a rush, and they kindly arranged to send them back to me. The place itself was so comfortable and cozy, perfect for my partner and me. The highlight was having the rooftop all to ourselves in the morning, watching the hot air balloons float across the sky r— truly a magical experience we’ll never forget.

Location of the hotel is perfect, anything you might need is close by. The hotel itself is beautiful, and there are multiple terraces with stunning views of the whole town, ideal for watching the hot air balloons too. The staff is very nice and helpful, ready to tend to your any need, particularly the receptionists.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Rooftop bar and restaurant provides a magical view over Goreme, particularly at night. There was live music (sax and guitar) that was entertaining and not intrusive and finished at a reasonable hour. Breakfast was plentiful and enhanced by the spectacular view. Goreme is an easy place to navigate and we walked to and from the Open Air Museum. Special thanks to Recep who provided service and conversation above and beyond and made it a relaxing stay. He arranged airport shuttle and recommended good restaurants. We thought “Pumpkin” was terrific, particularly the Testi Kebap.

The staff was so great and helpful. The roof top bar was had a great view and live music some nights 🥂

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was bigger than I expected, squeaky clean, the staffs were so friendly, helped me with tours, transfers to airport, all the time very kind and attentive. The breakfast was lovely, lots of options. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. If one day I go to Cappadocia again, will definitely stay there.

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by Mr Recep. He was very welcoming and because we arrived so early he was kind enough to offer us breakfast. He even helped us with an early check in. We subsequently met Mr Doghukhan who was very warm and hospitable. He gave us recommendations of places to see and even figured out a solution when we had difficulty charging our phones. We met Mr Yahya during night shift and he also was very pleasant. The location was great! Easy to walk to downtown area, stores and restaurants. Also easy walk to scenic overlook spots. Facility was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was excellent with great variety. And they even checked every morning if we wanted fresh omelets made. Beautiful property and wonderful staff!! Highly recommend paying them a visit!
