Location very good, Warm helpful and welcome at the reception. (Flavio) Hot breakfast was presented too quick, before we had a chance to even get cereal and fruit. Obviously all preprepared as the poached eggs were solid.

Located quite close to Paddington Station which was very useful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ideal. Very good value for money.

Above average room size for Central London. Ground Floor room so easy access. Bedroom and bathroom windows facing internal Courtyard providing day lighting and fresh air. Quiet room. Good condition room and hotel common parts. Breakfast included in rate. Great location with restaurants cafes and London Underground and Overground close walking distance. The Italian receptionist is very helpful and seems nice.
