Guest Reviews
Location is good with good bus and tube services nearby. Earls Court is also a hive of activity. Easy access to central London and sights. The Hostel itself is functional for the price, has free breakfast and a fully functional kitchen. Staff are nice.
Great place, homely, comfy and chilled, friendly guests with amazing staff, definitely will be staying again when London.
Breakfast was fine - cereal/toast/condiments/fresh fruit and tea or coffee freely available. TV room with games and books.
I really liked the room — it was clean and comfortable. The location of the hostel (or hotel) was also very convenient, just a short walk from the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. I also appreciated that the kitchen was always open, so it was easy to make tea and relax at any time. Overall, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. While the room was basic, it was a good size, very comfortable, and well laid out (plugs above the bed, along with a shelf to put devices on).
Very clean, the privacy on the bathrooms The location was super good. Nearby the metro station.
Safe, near very well connected Earl's court station. Met my vibe of oldies not much hustle bustle. Chill and Relaxing.
Lovely area and super helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, decent size for London. Free continental breakfast was a bonus.
I liked my 4 night stay at this hostel. I stayed in the all female dormitory of 4 people and it was pretty good for a solo traveler who is out most of the day. they gave hairdryer when i asked and more importantly the bathroom was always clean. it was pretty good for the price and I will book this place again whenever i go to london, because of its excellent location. it is very safe and they have a good common area to chill around.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a lovely stay at Barmy Badger Backpackers! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and at home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with tips and smiles, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The beds were great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor area was a perfect spot to relax. We also loved the friendly atmosphere—it was easy to meet other travelers, but also peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day exploring. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants, yet the hostel still feels safe and cozy. Thank you, Barmy Badger Backpackers, for making our stay in London so special. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone! — Charlene & Ankia
Nice place, good facilities
The kitchen, the garden, the lounge, and the location were all excellent.
Clean, ensuite bathroom, tv room, social over breakfast, caring staff team, amazing kitchen, many toilets, sunny garden. I felt at home. Met some beautiful souls. Big windows to allow fresh air. Thank you.
Hospitality and helpfulness.
+ breakfast + spare bathrooms + clean + mini garden + cosy tv room + handy for shops, tube and buses + lamps and sockets near each bed
Location, cleanliness, safe area
Staff and every facility is good there
Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable with nice pillows and comforters, sheets smelled lovely and clean. Even provided a safe for valuables!
I had a great stay at Barmy Badger Backpackers. The bunk beds were comfortable and sturdy. It didn't creak at all, which mean less disturbance to anyone else when I climbed up or down. Huge plus for getting a good night's sleep.
