Victoria 9.0

I was going to Victoria Coach station taking the night coach and the location was perfect literally minutes away. My travelling plans had changed so I did not stay the whole night - only 4.5 hours, the room was spotless small but had everything you could need. The most welcoming think was the two gentlemen on the reception desk, they were friendly, helpful and kind (I had two large heavy cases) it was very re-assuring to know they were there as a woman travelling on her own.

Great location! Such a quick walk to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The hotel has everything we needed for a two night stay at the end of a 4 week trip around Europe. The staff were helpful and the accommodation was clean and tidy.

Kayla 9.0

The location is great, very central, especially for transport. It felt like we had a place to ourselves. The room was very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a perfect size for 2 people. Price is high for only 2 nights but for being in London and the quality of the room/hotel I can’t about it.
