The room was very clean (and cleaned every day). The staff was welcoming, the bed comfortable so we had everything we needed for a great stay! Bonus point, the localisation is great with metro and bus access as well as close to Hyde Park!

Keith 9.0

The room was refurbished with a modern bathroom. Eliza provided outstanding service both during our first stay in the midst of the Subway strike and two weeks later. We had a very early departure and she arranged for our breakfast to be served at 5:30 a.m. They actually opened the breakfast room just for us. Outstanding customer service. The location is just a few minutes from Paddington station for both subway and trains to Heathrow.
