Guest Reviews
Hotel staff was very friendly. Location was very good. The nearest underground is Notting Hill Gate and it takes around 5 to 10 minutes by walking from the hotel. Room was big and bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good but there could be more variety. I would stay here again.
The best garden in Pembridge Square, the atmosphere of an old English house, the warm courtesy of people at the reception, the simple and true comfort in the rooms, the loveliness of Carmen the maid at breakfast. She organized a surprise birthday cake for my daughter, really appreciated by the little girl. You feel like being at home here.
The location, you walk within 10 min into Nothing Hill, Portobello Road. And it's close the underground and multiple busses. We stayed in a family room. It is a spaces room. Perfect for us three, 2 sisters and a child. We all had our own bed. Own bathroom, towls from hotel. Stay includes breakfast. For us more then enough, there are different sorts of bread which you can toast. You can choose jam, cheese, ham and also yoghurt with cereals. Or take a croissant or choclate bread. And offcouse thea, coffee and juice. Probably I forgot something.
Very nice old building with comfortable rooms which were clean and spacious. The short walk to Portobello Road and Notting Hill gate tube stop makes it a really good choice. The price point is just right for the hotel as well.
typically Londrina and comfortable accommodation
Great for short stay and value for the money
The staff were all very kind and helpful! The room was a bit small and the walls were thin, but it was exactly as described and still provided a comfortable night’s sleep. The neighborhood couldn’t have been better and the facilities were all very clean.
The hotel is in a pleasant location close to Hyde Park. The breakfast was adequate. And even though you could hear the tube running, there was no traffic overnight. Very friendly people, very clean and pleasant. You can get anywhere in London quickly on the tube.
Excellent location and price for central London. 5 minute walk from tube and bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable, just whst you need if you're out and about in London all day and need a bed for the night. Location was quiet at night and felt safe as a lone female traveller. I only came into contact with one member of staff, he was on the reception desk. He was very friendly and helpful.
The location was close to the subway which was very nice. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. Room was good.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location, great service and value for money. I would stay here again and recommend
Location next to park was nice and quiet but still very close to Notting Hill Gate tube station. The hotel had an aging elegance but still had some modern features like a new ensuite bathroom in the family room. The breakfast was relatively simple but had everything we needed and the lady serving was very friendly and kept everything refilled.
Convenient to our meeting, local shops & restaurants, public transportation.
Great location close to public transport & shops, reception staff were friendly, breakfast included in price of stay, lots of space in the room & large bathroom, smart tv in room
Really lovely and helpful staff.
