Guest Reviews
Everything was really Good
Perfect location. Perfect breakfast.
Location was the best.
Great location for reaching everything that's needed in the city, silent at night, helpful staff, good breakfast.
Excellent continental breakfast. Attentive staff
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfy. The bed was on the small side, but still comfortable. I liked the additional accessories, like shampoo, shower gel and tissues. The breakfast was better than I expected, and included a partial English breakfast as well as continental. It was more than adequate. There was a relaxed air about the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to Paddington and Bayswater. Good public transport close by, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The price was reasonable for central London. I would stay here again.
Very good value for the price, convenient location and very good breakfast with attentive waiters.
Breakfast
Location. Lots of plugs. The elevator wasn’t working and the staff carried bags up stairs. Very accommodating.
Good simple breakfast, nice hotel
Rashid at reception was amazing. He helped above and beyond. Also the location.
The hotel was brilliantly located between Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations and hyde park, all an easy, flat walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very good offering scrambled and fried eggs, beans, sausages, deli products, pastries, muffins. toast and tea, coffee and cappuccino. The beds were comfortable and the fan in the room was good, cooling down the room adequately during very hot August days.
very very good value for money, clean room. perfect location from/to airports. near almost to everywhere. breakfast is good but may be better. staff are helpful, housekeeping done each day.
Great customer service
