Clementine’s Town House Hotel BW Premier Collection

Situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance to the centre of York. We parked in their carpark but spaces are limited and it's £15 per night. Our room was the Yorkie Suite which had a huge TV, really lovely shower room and a comfy 4-poster style bed. It's a popular place. I believe they were fully booked. The staff were all really lovely, friendly and helpful. A bar and seating area was a bonus as somewhere to relax before going out. There is no restaurant but there are SO many choices in the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Good tea/coffee tray in the room. Everything was quiet although we were at the front over the reception area - we heard absolutely nothing.

Gorgeous space, everything done up to a good standard

Lovely bright, sunny and warm room. Decor is fun and gives a feel of luxury too. Staff are brilliant.

Location,quirky decor, great staff and breakfast

Everything was lovely, from the greeting of the staff, being shown our room, being served our drinks at the bar. Our room was spotless and full of character including the bathroom, the shower was easy to use and maintained the preferred temperature throughout. The hotel was easy to find and a short walk away from the centre with the York Minster in clear view as you leave the street as well as pubs and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away.

We had a really nice stay. Super friendly staff, the room was nice and clean (and I think maybe we got an upgrade?) and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Nice soaps, robes, hair dryer and all. Breakfast was very nice, loved the avocado toast especially. Although we didn't use it I also really appreciated the little lounge that was available also when the bar is closed!

Clean well presented room was stylish

Absolutely everything! No complaints at all. Friendly staff, they allowed us to check in a little early. The property and room are gorgeous and well maintained. The room is set up to make you feel welcome, and the bathroom was huge! It was the best shower I think I've ever had. It's very close to city center, but far enough to avoid traffic. Will definitely return in the next couple years.

Comfortable and very clean ! Interesting but tasteful decoration . Beautiful building and setting in a stunning residential street in the best area of York , in walkable distance of town. We felt like we lived there !
