We arrived early and was given access to our room early free of charge. The comfort of the bed and pillows was exceptional which isn’t normally the case in hotels. Would 100% book to stay here again. Location great too!

Our room was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful and welcoming which made our overall stay very pleasant. Also in a great location and within easy walking distance to Monument or Bank tube stations and lots of restaurants in close proximity especially the Argentinian one on site.

Location is incredible to travel to both south and north London. Very easy on tubes and quiet area during the evening.

The staff were great at holding our bags before and after check in/out. So grateful! Location was really great to the major attractions on that side of the city. We only had a coffee one morning in the cafe and the lovely barista made us feel welcome and made a great coffee to boot!

Excellent hotel in a great location - everything within the city was within easy walking distance. The rooms were large, spacious and well appointed - not always the case in London, regardless of pricing. Fair price for a very good room. Being in town for work, the hotel and room had everything needed to be able to work, relax and operate effectively.
