24-hour front desk. An easy walk to the Underground. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Very quiet and safe location. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom. The gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond to answer our questions, called restaurants for reservations and even arranged for an afternoon tea at a lovely location.

We were delighted with our time here. The location was quiet, perfectly located for the tube stops going all the places we wanted to see. That said, we actually walked to many places. The area is safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the apartment made us feel like locals just living a fabulous life, looking at the gardens opposite with our windows opened. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

Reception desk were amazing. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was lovely and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and our beds (especially the pillows) were very comfortable. There were two sofas, so we each had a place to put our feet up when we came in to rest between activities. Ubers can find the place easily. It is 8 minutes (4 blocks) from a train station..... Piccadilly & Central Line. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to be.

Tara's and Umesh ensured we had everything we needed. It was our 3rd time staying at this location. Will choose it every time.

Property in a good location, easy to access transport to different parts of London. The staff is exceptional, especially the day time concierge, which provided some tips for the different activities we wanted to do.

Great location, leafy quiet area but with local amenities. Fantastic staff, large comfortable apartment well equipped with air con in every room plus a balcony! Spotlessly clean, the staff here are a joy

Favorite neighborhood to stay - super quiet but 5 min to well rated (and uncrowded!) restaurants and 2 underground stations. Apartment was clean, furnishings seemed new / updated, lots of layers of lighting options, wall decor, plush carpet. Appliances / fixtures were quality (ex. Bosch, Breville, Hansgrohe, ionic hair dryer). Staff was pleasant and always available. We enjoyed the very supportive but padded mattress and abundance of quality pillows, the clothes washer/dryer, as well as satellite tv channels, youtube, netflix etc. In 60-75F temperatures we were very comfortable using the portable AC and abundant floor and ceiling fans. We would look forward to staying again at this hidden gem!

Everything! Exceptionally clean, with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and the terrace was a very nice surprise!

Great location, clean , and everything was an expected. Looks like it’s been recently renovated although it is an old building the finishing was great. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Andre was great, good conversation and was happy to help with requests. I was upgraded as well , I had a one bedroom apartment. Great stay.
