Julie 8.0

Good location, easy to get to. We had a lovely room on the top floor which was quiet and very comfortable. Simple breakfast but plenty of it and we didn’t feel we were missing out on anything. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help in any way they could.

Leigh 8.0

The location is excellent. Kensington Gardens with the Princess Diana children's playground is a short walk, transport links, restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes walk. Across the park are the Science and Natural History museums. The reception team were very helpful.

Kriss 8.0

Great location, positioned between two underground stations, and beside Hyde Park. Couldn’t complain for the price

Sophie 8.0

Staff were really friendly and we were able to check in early which was a bonus. Breakfast was basic, but bread, cereal and fresh fruit was available.

Hayden 8.0

The location is ideal with 3 tube stations and buses to Oxfor Circus within 5 mins walks. The staff (females) were all excellent from housekeeping to kitchen and especially Mailaika at the reception desk. Malaika & the Mislim kitchen help are both excellent and a definite asset to this hotel

Mutter 8.0

It was central to where we wanted to be. Seems to have been recently renovated. Rooms were compact but clean and well laid out.

Jennifer 8.0

The breakfast is wonderful, lots of choices and fresh. Very close to Hyde Park, walking within 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and show us where to go to have dinner, just within 10 minutes walk there's a street full of all kinds of restaurants where you can choose various cuisine, metro stations are there too.

Rooms are compact but finished to a high standard. Continental breakfast was included.
