Every single staff was amazing and lovely, regardless what time of the day! Spacious rooms (not common to find in London), they offer cleaning/replacement of refreshments twice a day (without me calling them). Smart room fully controlled with a tablet.

Great location and nice rooms. Staff went above and beyond. Great doormen and Pammy at front desk was fantastic. The breakfast team including Marta and all of the staff at breakfast spoiled us. The hotel gave us a cake on my husband’s birthday( we had not mentioned his birthday) and staff at breakfast made something for him as well. They were all beyond wonderful . Great hotel.

I booked two deluxe rooms and I got an upgrade for one room. The service and location are excellent, I would definitely come next time and I do recommend it. The breakfast is served based on menu and can be in room dining, i liked it as its very healthy, clean and has varied of selection.
