Location close to the park and good connection with bus and underground-breakfast-most of the staff very friendly-two floor room with two bathrooms for family room was very convenient

I went to London to celebrate my 60:th birthday, I wanted a nice quiet room with a good, broad bed as a base where you can relax and have a rest between all activities. I'm pleased to say that is exactly what we got. And every morning, a fresh, tasty breakfast buffet was the start of the day, As an extra treat, I had a card and a little present welcoming me in the room when we arrived.

Spacious and quiet room, with a comfy bed. That ought to be a given but here the rooms are properly insulated from one another and I didn't hear anyone all night. Shower would be a bit short for a tall person but it's over a bath, and it's nice to be able to have the option of a bath. Breakfast is not spectacular but is still very good.

Nice to have a bathroom with no mould on grout or seals Lobby and bar area very nice Location - easy walk from St Johns underground and close to St John's Wood High Street nice pubs and restaurants for the evening

Valet provided as needed by mr Hishem. Thumbs UP. We book this hotel eventually after cancelling two others primarilly for the parking premise & EV charging provided in here. Room 239 was cleaned daily with appreciation. Coffee from Nespresso is good & appreciated. Buffet b/fast is adequate & cut fruits R very sweet. Reception Desk Staff, Roel is pleasant & polite too and so are the Chambermaids we came across daily. Gym is adequate, clean & neatly spaced out. Did the bedbug test... NO bugs showed up!!! An EXCELLENT with 5-Stars from us.
