Breakfast and service were great! We were impressed how quaint and charming the property was, especially the attic room we stayed. We had no problems commuting to the center of Bath from this property.

Great location, amazing decor and lovely rooms. Would have expected to pay double the price for rooms of that quality. Parking is a great plus and breakfast was brilliant. Loved the idea of the 'honesty bar', although we fell asleep before we had a chance to use it. Staff were all really friendly too.

Free parking, great breakfast, very friendly staff, immaculate comfortable room, excellent hot shower in equally good-sized bathroom, comprehensive tea coffee toiletry provisions.

Staff were friendly, four poster bed was fun. Room a good size and shower and bath were excellent. Great breakfast.

Such great proximity to Bath, we parked the car and could comfortably walk into and out of the CBD. With a marvellous breakfast to start your day.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay here for a weekend in Bath to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was helpful and friendly, which set the tone for the whole stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and we were delighted to find a birthday card and chocolates waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch! The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk into Bath city centre (though be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk on the way back). We only opted for breakfast once, we really enjoyed it— high quality, delicious, and beautifully cooked — and the staff were also so welcoming and friendly. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Bath.

Lovely staff, comfortable room

Room was lovely had a four poster bed. Shower was very good and clean. Breakfast was superb had lovely gluten free toast. Staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff helped us park onsite, easy check in. The room was spacious and comfortable - we loved the coffee machine and the biscuits & chocolates. The shower was good and toiletries provided of good quality. A good choice at breakfast of continental (including fresh fruit platter which was excellent) and cooked options. The room had an exterior door so unloading and loading the car was easy. A nice quiet residential area, good location from which to explore Bath on foot, and magazines/tourist information provided was most welcome.

Fabulous staff excellent location

Good selection for breakfast. Location was good - we walked everywhere from the B&B which was helpful. It is a decent walk to the city centre up and downhill which some people may struggle with.
