Location was great, staff were friendly

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location is excellent for discovering London, with all the great bars and restaurants. The hotel room was comfy and clean.

We loved that they had: friendly staff, a safe, a clean room, a comfortable bed, a thermostat, a full length mirror, a refrigerator, a luxury rain shower, a convenient location, and enough closet storage for 2. They also safely held our bags for hours. We have to mention that we were UPGRADED to a deluxe room when we arrived, so we aren't sure what we would've experienced in a standard room.

Had one room with a view over the church, which was quite nice. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring both Spitalfield, Brick Lane as well as the Tower and is in walking distance to many great places. Even though it was at a busy street, it was absolutely quiet in the room, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough for also putting your suitcases. Staff was friendly and helpful, we could store our luggage there upon arrival and departure. The metro stop (Aldgate) is right next door, which is very useful.

Very friendly staff, handled the minor issue we had professionally. In walking distance to some of the bigger sights in London (Tower, Tower bridge..), tube station right next door, also restaurants, bars...even has its own rooftop (bit pricey though)...

It was amazing! Great location and VIEWS!!! I wrote an email, asked for something for us, because of our special stay (boyfriends birhtday), and they were so welcoming and nice, and did everything I asked them in thah email. Thank you, we will definetely come back here!

Location, the view from the room, comfortable beds

The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station (altgate) and features an attractive interior design. Our room initially had an issue with the air conditioning, but the hotel promptly offered a complimentary upgrade. The suite is spacious, offers a great view, and we have no complaints, it's an excellent room (junior suite)

Modern interior, clean and comfortable rooms. Cracking view of the Gherkin. Very good room service menu and quick delivery of food. The staff at the front reception were very welcoming. Location is excellent for the city and next door to the tube for the rest of London's attractions.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible care and warmth shown by Hea at reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome, by taking the time to ensure every aspect of our visit was comfortable and seamless. Her kindness and friendly yet professionalism demeanour truly set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself was lovely and ideally located, just moments away from the train station, making travel and daily commutes incredibly convenient! But it’s people like Hea who make all the difference, by turning a lovely stay into a truly memorable one. We will definitely be returning! ☺️

Could have put more refreshments in the room.only 2 teabags, one earl grey and one breakfast tea. A bit mean.
