This hotel has become an annual destination for us - this was our fourth visit in four years. As always, we were very happy with our stay and will be back again at some point in 2026. We love the location - it's an ideal base to explore the city without being too central - the hotel is always peaceful & we're never disturbed by noise. The staff are great too - a particular mention has to go to the wonderful member of the breakfast team (Yim? Hopefully that's right) who has remembered us across the last three years and always takes time to ask how we are. Always superb - Thanks again.

Location is great. The hotel has a black cab stop and a Tesco Express right next to it. The hotel is also very close to the Uber boat stop at Chelsea Harbor Pier. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly.
