The place is insanely good. The staff are so kind and helpful — it's lovely. The mood at night, with the Canary Wharf view, is just perfect for me. It feels like home — close to the city — and the boat from the hotel to Canary Wharf is a game changer. Super useful, and it gives you access to amazing restaurants and the Elizabeth Line, which takes you directly to the city centre. Best hotel in London for such a good price. It’s been my only hotel in London for the past three years, thanks to the staff, the location, the view, and the overall vibe.
