Location was perfect for the O2 and Greenwich village

The staff were amazing. There was a slight issue with when we were able to check in to our room and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. We were in a booking of 5 rooms and they worked hard to keep us happy and up to speed on what was going on. They made what could have been a problem into a fun trip to the bar and helped us have a super start to our night away. Oh, and the warm cookie on arrival is a genius touch. Also, if you're looking to go to The O2 (we were) ask the staff to order the taxi. It's much quicker and cheaper than Uber and they'll also come and pick you up.
