Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel was comfortable and warm. Dining and bar area were beautiful and relaxing.

The room could do with updating particularly the bathroom where there was quite a bit of mold in the shower . The bathroom could also do with a fan. The room was otherwise okay but a bit more was expected for the price . Good location . Good breakfast with friendly efficient staff .

The staff were all very friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The concierge was particularly helpful going over and beyond to assist getting taxis during the underground strike which made getting around during my stay difficult.

Rooms on mezzanine were great, very spacious and well equipped. Ideal location when travelling into Victoria Station and then easy to get to west end , Buckingham Palace etc. Breakfast selection was very good as was the quality of the food.

The location of the hotel is excellent to reach with train and underground. Also a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around. The rooms are clean and new but could be a bit bigger for the family rooms
