The rooms are not large, but they have modern amenities that make the stay comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations or requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in London!

The hotel is a short Uber journey from Paddington station. We found it a nice quiet location. We were staying on the 5th floor and had to use the lift. Be aware if you’re claustrophobic you might prefer to take the stairs. The lift was tiny and a real squash for 3 people with overnight bag, couldn’t work out if it was going up as the arrows weren’t working, very creaky and made us nervous it would break down. Thankfully it didn’t. The room was large with a table , chairs huge mirror , and plenty of storage space we had 2 double and 1 single comfortable beds. The bathroom albeit small gave us all we needed, however I had to run the tap for a significant amount of time to get cold water and the hot water is BOILING! The shower was small but powerful with plenty of shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of fresh clean towels.

Excellent location close to Hyde park and near to cafes and shops. Metro station and bus stations within 5 minutes of walking. The location was very good and the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
