The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was generous with plenty of different options to choose from. The location is excellent for exploring London; central but also in a quiet spot away from traffic and other noise. The slightly retro style of the hotel (the leather bar loungers for example) gave a nice atmosphere and a more welcoming feel than typical hotel chains in the same price range
