Easy to find from the DLR, great location, rooms were clean, bed was soft but comfy, lots of towels, staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good value for money and great quality.

We stayed at this pub on the 30th of August. The room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed, including an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, etc. What really stood out, however, was the service. The manager was exceptionally accommodating. My husband uses a wheelchair, and she immediately arranged a ground floor room for us and went out of her way several times to assist with access and answer our queries. Her helpfulness made a massive difference to our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but she truly deserves recognition from the management for her outstanding customer service.
